Miss Nancy Ann is very similar to Ideal's Little Miss Revlon and Cosmopolitan's Miss Ginger. All three dolls had extensive wardrobes featuring clothing for every occasion, which could be purchased separately.

Body Construction
Miss Nancy Ann has a rigid vinyl body with a softer vinyl head. She is jointed at the neck, waist, shoulders and hips. She has sleep eyes with molded lashes. Her rooted hair came in a variety of shades and was available in a bubble-cut and French twist as well as ponytail hair style. Her finger- and toe-nails are red to match her lips. Due to variations in the vinyl formula, some parts of some dolls' bodies may have paled over time.

She is marked "NANCY ANN" on the back of her head.
