Body Construction
This version of Cindy is 18" tall with the stuffed vinyl body and vinyl head. She is jointed at the shoulders, neck and elbows. Her blonde hair is pulled back and she has blue sleep eyes with brush lashes. There was also a 15" doll sold in a different red gown, but it is not known whether she was sold under the "Formal Dress" name.

Clothing
Her fabulous formal gown is red tulle over taffeta, with a white lace overlay on the bodice and black velvet waistband. She wears black heels and nylons.

Packaging
Cindy's tag identifies her as "Formal Dress" Cindy. Her original price was $8.95.
