Underwear

Cissy was sold as a basic doll in chemise, other styles of underwear were sold separately as boxed fashions.

Vintage Cissy doll by Madame Alexander

#2100 - 1957 - Basic outfit of nylon lace chemise with satin ribbon straps, ribbon roses with rhinestone accents at bodice and at each leg; nylon hose; sandals trimmed with lace and flowers. Available in black and white versions (color in #7). (Note that this stock number was used earlier for a doll dressed in evening gown.)

Some of the variations were:
Off white strapless corselet with crocheted lace insets down front and sides and across bust, pale pink lining. See photos at left.
Satin chemise with lace down front, crocheted lace trim at hem. Color in #7
Satin chemise with inset decorative front panel, ribbon flower at bust, lace at hem. Color in #7
Beige strapless corselet with decorative panel down front, white lace at bust and hem.
Pale pink satin corset with attached pantie, lace trim down front and at hem. Color in #2
Snug-fitting off-white lace teddie with satin ribbon straps.

#? - 1955 - White can-can petticoat with red trim. B&W in #7

#? - 1956 - Pink can-can petticoat.

#? - 1956 - Evening petticoat.

#? - 1957 - Strapless bra with white (?) lace trim above and below bust; half slip with sheer ruffle near hem. B&W in #4

Sleepwear

These were all boxed fashions.

#? - 1955 - Nylon tricot sleeveless full-length nightgown with low v-neck, trimmed in lace and satin ribbon, sold in a variety of colors. B&W in #7

#? - 1955 - Sheer nylon robe with puffed sleeves has trim to match nightgown, has been seen in solid colors, polka dots and floral print. B&W in #1. Color in #7

#? - 1956 - Full length cotton nightgown with low scoop neckline, lace trim. B&W in #7

#? - 1956 - Cotton negligee with puffed sleeves, lace trim. B&W in #7

#? - 1957 - Pink crepe nightie, pictured variously as v-neck or rounded neckline, sleeveless, trimmed in lace and ribbon. B&W in #7

#? - 1957 - Pink crepe robe, rounded neckline trimmed in lace, long full sleeves gathered at wrist. B&W in #7

#22-20 - 1958 - Full length nylon tricot nightgown with low scoop neckline, lace trim. Solid colors or floral print. B&W in #4. Color in #7

#22-26 - 1959 - Lace robe with elbow-length sleeves, ribbon tie at collar. Color in #7
